I wanted help in designing my business bracelet and the sales girl was very helpful showing me different charms.

As soon as me and my wife came into the store we were greeted by an associate who then helped us with the entire process of finding a gift for my mother in law. She showed us all of our options and asked us questions to find out her taste for jewelry. Very happy with the customer service!

The method the store used was great- well organized and allowed for a better shopping experience. My name and cell # was taken so I could shop elsewhere so I wasn't standing in line for a half an hour. A text was sent to my phone. When I returned I was invited to shop around in the store until I was helped. The greeter at the door communicated with a sales person whose turn it was to be waited on. It was very well organized and I am grateful their attitude was that my time was important to me.

The staff person at the door was very pleasant and the salesperson was exceptional

I came in looking for a gift card for my wife and the process was quick and easy, even with the volume of customers.
