Maddie, the rep I was helped by at the Park City Lancaster Store, was very knowledgeable and informative. She had excellent answers to my questions related to the quality of the metals, the stones, sale promotions, and additions to the set I purchased a piece from.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Even though the store was nus5 she still had time for me. Her name was Maddie.
