The salespeople served me well with education and attention. I bought more things that I wanted. I was very happy with the Cape Cod Mall store. A few days ago I visited the Natick Mall store and didn't buy anything because the service was terrible.

My sales specialist Iman was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is the best I look for her every time I visit she is what you would call my personal jeweler.

Meghan greeted me by name as did another new sales associate. When she didn’t know the bracelet I was looking for she had anther associate find it for me. She also helped me try on a necklace I liked and will purchase another day.
