This store associate was welcoming and helpful and very upbeat about helping us choose matching rings. When I went to the Braintree location the associates in that store were rude and unwelcoming and I did not feel safe in that store because it didn't seem like they had any COVID 19 prevention guidelines or they just weren't following it.
