I was Highly satisfied because I went in looking for a basic but gorgeous Charm bracelet to express me and above that I got a great little charm of Stitch. My favorite Disney Character. Thank you so much for everything at this visit and online. This made my day better and I got something amazing to show off.

The assistants went out of their way to find what I was looking for. They were extremely pleasant and helpful.

My wife and I went into Pandora with her bracelet that had a broken link. It could not be repaired so the manager offered to make an exchange of a new bracelet with the exact value. My wife found a new bracelet which she liked and we made the exchange. The manager and sales rep. were very polite and helpful with the whole process.

The salesgirls were very pleasant very knowledgeable about the jewelry and how to take care of it. Sales woman especially her name is Iman A. #170527, very nice lady and very helpful, the other girls Also very pleasant All were very nice lady’s very helpful, we were on vacation, I went there to get my birthday present. So I probably won’t go back till next year for my birthday present, haha. We live in Quincy and we vacation every year in cape cod , Thank you Janet

My daughter received a ring for her birthday in February. The diamond fell out of it so we went to see what you could do for us. We had purchased it at the store we returned it to so they had all our information in their system. No questions asked, we were given a new ring and my daughter was thrilled! Sales associate was wonderful.

She was very attentive and showed me everything. I was able to get the right size for my bracelet and end up getting more charms.

The store was extremely clean, the sales associate, Iman, was very helpful. I have never had a bad experience shopping at Pandora. It’s my husbands go to for anniversaries & birthdays!!
