Anna was very helpful in helping me and my boyfriend select a new bracelet. Anna was very patient knowledgeable and even gave suggestions on clips and charms. We will be returning before our vacation ends down the cape.

The sales associate was very helpful and attentive. She helped me find what I wanted, in my ring size. She also explained prices, upfront, which is exactly what I wanted.

My bracelet that I received as a gift for xmas broke. I went online during the virus and told Pandora about it. That was a difficult process, when the store opened up here. I went and exchanged it for a new one. That was so much easier than trying to get someone online to help me. The girl (I don't know her name) was awesome. I have A LOT of pandora and when it was a problem online, it was discouraging, but the store was great.
