Upon entering the store we immediately got a friendly greeting from the two girls who were working. They were both very helpful with picking out charms.

Because I was very well assisted even though I didn’t know what I wanted to buy, I was able to try many things on and finally leave the store happy

Staff and store manager provided exceptional customer service. I needed assistance designing something and Anna is quite the artist. You can tell she loves her job and loves the product line. I also have an “old” bracelet with charms that I thought couldn’t be cleaned and she is going to try to do that. I would recommend this store to everyone. I was looking for Harry Potter merchandise. The sales associate helped me find it right away. When it wasn’t in my size she tried to locate it online and in other stores and called the manager to help as well.
