I had broken the clasp on my no longer warrantied bracelet. Kate went out of her way to give me all options regarding repair and replacement. After discussing the risks and sentiment of my pieces, she put my charms on different size bracelets and explained the difference and stretching to be expected. She noted chemical damage on my favorite charm and provided a knowledgeable explanation. Once satisfied with my purchase, Kate cleaned everything. My old charms look new! Kate was exceptionally patient, kind and helpful for the entire experience. I will be back.

My sales associates was Iman, she was very professional and knowledgeable about the piece I was looking for my granddaughter. She was helpful and patient with me. My card was giving us some issues and she and the manager immediately resolved the issue which served as a teaching moment for Iman as well. Overall was a pleasant experience.
