The sales associate who assisted us was knowledgeable of the products. Katie S was able to assist me in selecting a charm and inform me of the upcoming Harry Potter charms. I look forward to returning soon to pandora at the cape cod mall.

I have always loved Pandora for their jewelry, in particular their rings. I always buy my rings from a Pandora store because of the quality, great customer service, and upbeat environment of the store.

As an overseas visitor to the cape cod store I found the staff so friendly and engaging. I only intended to spend $35 on a charm for a friend but fell in love with the charm the assistant Lisa showed me for $55, she was so lovely and helpful she had a very good sales technique.

I was highly satisfied with the cleanliness of the store. The space in the store was used wisely and I didn’t feel overwhelmed. Most of all the customer service was the by far the best experience I have had within this particular establishment.

It is one of my favorite store at the mall and the manager is know me I do shopping at this store a lot. She is very friendly.
