The store was a little busy but the sales associate that helped me and my boyfriend took us first because we were there first. Her main focus was on us and she never got frazzled or stressed. She was helpful and took her time with us and our didn’t rush us.

I am a charm addict. I am retired and travel a lot. I collect charms from state, cities and countries for which I have travelled. I currently own 91 charms, 8 bracelets. I will be taking a cross country road trip with my grandchildren in july and have already mapped out each pandora store along my journey. I plan to have a minimun of 15-20 more charms by the end of my trip. Yeah pandora

When I entered the store both of the shopping assistants were more than happy to help me with anything. I did not have anything specific in mind, however, they managed to offer me a piece of jewelry that I fell in love with. The time that I spent in the store was great. They both offered to help me and I am so very thankful for that!

I've been purchasing the state-specific charms which usually cost $65. For some reason, one of the charms for MA, the Cape Cod charm, was $15 more than what others usually cost. Not sure why the huge price difference. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable and were both willing to help me with my purchase.

Nina, Lisa, & the other associate were very friendly and understanding. They exchanged the bracelet & switched over my charms without me having to do anything. They also reminded to come back periodically to have it cleaned & gave me the updated catalogs & recent promotion information.

Nina was extremely helpful, I needed some birthday gifts and had no idea where to start she was very knowledgeable on the product and suggested some great choices I couldn't say no to.
