I had major issues exchanging one size bracelet for another. I had no luck the first visit to the store. They told me to call the customer service number. They never got back to me after two calls. I went back to the store and they made a one time exception and gave me the correct size. Pandora isn't near my house so it was a giant pain that I had to drive there twice because no one on the phone would help me.
