Would be nice if the staffs smile

The sails woman were very nice, although she kept offering lots of other products I wasn’t interested, which was kind of annoying, I just wanted to buy my charm and leave

? I was satisfied with my experience. In answering a question about weather you would recommend Pandora, no one typically goes out of there way to tell others about an experience unless they are asked.

I was highly satisfied.

The only reason I wasn't highly satisfied is because of availability. Items that were available weren't able to be sold because of inventory. We were told that we had to buy it 2 days later and we were visiting while on a weekend trip.

the attendants could be more kind and considerate

There was only one sales person but a lot of customers. Not that she was slow, but over worked. She was very nice though.

Prices are a bit high priced for the products

I was looking for a charm that has logo or symbols of Cape Cod. It was disappointing to hear that the charm is retired. I collect charms on my travels to different states and countries.
