Great location, great attendants, clean place

There is always room for improvement. The charms in the top racks are the only ones you can view with out an associate swapping out the racks. You should be able to see all the charms as you browse before needing an associate to make the purchase.

Sometimes you need to wait to be assist. Not sure which collection are the items displayed. Need more sale discounts or free gifts.

When I got there, there were two people working and they both were working on the same person, I think just because this woman was buying a large quantity of products, but I had to wait for about 5 minutes until Lisa asked me if I needed help with something.

I bought a special engraved charm-Martha’s Vineyard. It was packaged, paid for, left store a happy customer. Got back to my hotel room, opened package to take picture, and it was the wrong charm, I was given Nantucket. This was discovered 20 minuets before the store closed. I am on a bus tour. I had already had to pay to get to store and back to hotel. Finally got my call answered and explained the problem. Had to wait to be called back. Nina called me back, said she would wait for me to get back to store. I had to get another Lyft driver to come get me and then another one to bring me back to hotel. I am now out an additional $20.00 for lifts. Nina said she would give me a charm, but in the rush to leave, did not discover that there wasn’t another charm but a pink vinyl bag with hearts on it in the package, when I got back to my hotel room. Disappointed that I was not given what I was told over the phone, but another lesson learned. Will be more careful in future purchases of special charms. The beads I wanted were not there. The #8 bead and the reindeer bead. Happy with what I did get though.

This Pandora was fine it is more of the product that I’m not fully satisfied with. I love the concept of the Pandora bracelet but I feel like the beads are very overpriced for what you actually get.

They did not have really any options in silver for rings , I had to buy the rose gold and pay more even though that was not what I wanted. I wanted silver and did not want to pay $20 more for a color I was not 100% satisfied with.

I felt that the employee was not willing to help me. I had to run the whole store pointing out what I wanted to complete my purchase. But I wasn't there because of her, so with a lot of patience I concluded my purchase.
