Sales associate was not friendly or very helpful.. seemed annoyed with how long I was taking to make a choice.. dismissive in the fact that I was looking to buy a second charm.

Second time they’re loosing my rubber from my stopper. The first time i lost my stopper after they put me the charm I bought, the second time i saw they didn’t put the rubber after i got home and thankfully I didn’t lose it.

The staff was very rude- I had to wait for help while 2 associates stood around and talked amongst each other when I was helped it was with an attitude. I also feel the staff is prejudice in the Hyannis store and this will be the last time I visit this location, I felt this was at my first visit also.

Teresa was just rude. I was trying to pick out a charm to add to my bracelet, she did not want to show me anything. I told her exactly what I wanted and she just stared at me. My boyfriend finally said "can you please just show us the trays". I had to look through the glass to see. She didn't even offer to put the charm on my bracelet or give me a bag/box. I thought they were supposed to show you how it would look on your bracelet and be personable. She just took the charms out, like it was a chore, and put them on the counter. Meanwhile the other associate even offered to clean her customer's bracelet. Seriously, Teresa was awful!!!!!!

Because, my package was delivered in my neighbor hose, and I order the 6.7 inch and I did measure the bracelet and wasn't the sizes, and when I called the client service the person didn't help me, and in the store, the lady told that the bracelet is 6.7 inch. And wasn't true. Because I did measure the bracelet.

Made a purchase with a gift card and once it was applied I could not pay the rest with my bank card. Not happy.

The sales representative told me the wrong birthstone for December. When I got home my son informed me that the ring I purchased was NOT the correct birthstone for his girlfriend's December birthday.

I’ve been buying in this store for so long and always the sales person is very friendly Unfortunately on this last time I really didn’t like. The person didn’t show me anything, I was looking for a special present for a friend and the sales person was not a bit interested I have to keep asking for her to show me what she has since I didn’t have anything on my mind, when I chose the bracelet and charms I have to put the charm myself on the bracelet, she doesn’t even bring me the tray to put under the bracelet and charms...(I bought 2 btw) Then when I was paying she said she was putting the bracelet on a rig box and I said no because I want a bracelet box since is a special gift for a special friend and her daughter. She said she didn’t Jave and had no idea when the store will receive, I was very disappointed then the manager came, very nice person and said the store should receive soon and ask me to come back Saturday to pick up. I always been so pleased with this store but this time this sales person was not nice and not even close the treatment that I usually have there

I went in to the local mall to have earring exchanged because stones fell out and sales associate made a big deal about it. Calling her manager at home saying I’m looking to return. I specifically told her I want to exchange the item. She didn’t know the store policy on product guarantee and then proceeded to try to charge me a difference in price when that’s not the case. The male associate helped me finish with the transaction because she walked away snotty and with poor customer service attitude.

I got a bracelet on line at Black Friday and gave to my daughter for Christmas but was too big and at the store I was told that there wasn’t a smaller size (but there is) so I had to show the sales person and had to pay for the difference since she said I got at Black Friday… she even kept my old receipt (I have more items listed) I questioned her about it just in case I need it again for the other items but she kept it anyway… left the store so unsatisfied!!!
