The sales associate Alicia B is fabulous. She is highly knowledgeable regarding the products and the availability. I was in the store for over an hour working with Alicia B and she was patient and continued to assist in every way she could. She made this experience of purchasing my first bracelet and charms so easy and enjoyable.

I visited the Potomac mills Woodbridge VA location. There wasn’t enough sales people in the store. Customers had to put their name on a list and wait over 30-45 mins for help from a customer service rep. I felt this practice was somewhat unprofessional and lacked good store management.

I love the brand! They’re so many options; something for every person/occasion. I introduced my daughter to the brand and she loved it too! She brought her first piece. I can’t wait for my next visit.

The salesperson, Victoria, was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable of the products and more important, compassionate to what my needs were in searching for "the perfect gift". I will certainly return to Pandora at the Potomac Mills Center... a store full of professionals. I am most impressed.

Associates in this store are very helpful, courteous and willing to give us ideas about best combinations of charms on a bracelet. We wish we could find some of the newer charms at the store.
