I had never been in the store before or knew anything about the merchandise. The staff explained the process of building the bracelet. They also shared their personal merchandise stories with me which made me feel comfortable about the quality.

As soon as I walled in I was greetes. I asked for a specific collection. I was immediately shown the items made my selection and checked out. In and out.
