First the store was welcoming as well as the staff. The items were accessible which you don’t need assistance unless you want to try different size. But the stores I’ve been to have friendly staff. They could assist you, tell you what promo theyre having and ask if you are looking for something, in a nice friendly way. Items and prices are great!

Alicia was so nice, helpful, and patient. She was such a beautiful person, it made me want to buy even more charms. She even showed her personal bracelets full of gorgeous charms that urged me to catch up on my charm game.
