Pandora Jewelry

I wanted some charms that I couldn't find at any of the stores closest to my home and I was able to find them here. This location also had a large selection of charms that I wanted to see in person and was able to do so. I will definitely head back here soon!

Everytime I have been to pandora (which is a lot) the associates have always been helpful and gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Christina was curious and very friendly among being well dressed. She showed me everything i ask for and even suggested other possible jewelry i may like to go along with the already one i choose. I'm always satisfied when ever i go into the Potomac Mills store.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgable. I told her what I was looking for and she gave great suggestions. I am a new Pandora customer so it was very pleasant and comforting to have an associate that was patient and friendly.

I wish it didn't take long to get assistance. Every Pandora store I have been to, there is always a wait since there are only a couple of people working there and it does take a while for customers to choose so it would make sense to have more people working especially on the weekends.

My daughter wanted a particular item,which was instock and in her size. The rep.was highly knowledgeable and friendly.
