The knowledge of the staff was outstanding. The charms available were fantastic. The items in stock were fabulous. Plus the wonderful news that this store will be carrying the rosegold line in the near future. I have nine Pandora bracelets and I am very happy with all of them!

Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt welcome in the store and were able to browse at leisure. Once we were ready to purchase, she pulled out as many trays as I wanted to see and even found a charm for me that we didn't think was available at all.

The salesperson: Tonya H. #138521 was very helpful and friendly. The other salesperson was not too friendly and kinda blew me off!!! I was a little disappointed because i visit this store often. The store was not busy at all !

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the store. The sales associate was friendly and pleasant to work with. SHe knew exactly what we came in for and was happy to answer our question.

It was my first Pandora store visit ever. There was a waiting list to get help from associate but it moved quickly, and help was very professional. i got help with what I needed as well as was advised on variety of alternative sale options for my bracelet and charms. I ended up getting more for the same price I could've spent online, and that was super exciting. As a matter of fact I returned to the store few days later and plan on returning again as I now know more of what I want to get.
