It was my first experience with this Pandora store was very satisfied

Nathasia was my sales associate she took her time to show me different charms to add on to my braclet along with how to better charm for my bracelet. She even took the time to help me rearrange my charm correctly.

Alicia was wonderful. She was patient and very helpful.

Alicia was amazing. It was the day after Christmas so we did wait quite a while to be helped. But when she got to us she took her time and answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. There were 4 of us shopping together and she helped each one of us individually. Alicia is definitely a keeper. I will return to this store simply because of her. I went to the Dulles Town Center store before Christmas and did not receive this level of customer service. So glad that I went to Potomac Mills and that Alicia helped us. She is wonderful. I will be recommending her and the Potomac Mills Pandora to my friends and family.

The Pandora jeweler was very knowledgeable in the product she displayed as well as pricing. She provided me her undivided attention once it was my turn in the queue. I do wish they kept a larger stock on hand.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the assistant manager Jennifer rice was such a big help to both my mother and I on such short notice before the holiday.

The sales person Marzana C, No. 137088, was so knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. She made the experience just perfect.

The sales associate helping me brought me exactly what I was looking for and added more options in case I changed my mind. She was very friendly and gave suggestions that were helpful.

The cashier working at the time was very helpful. She knew how to help me because I had no idea what to get. She was very nice and quick with everything
