The Sales Manager was absolutely outstanding. She knew everything about the products and prices and went far out of her way to help me.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because of how attentive the salesperson was with us. She took her time in making sure we were allowed to view all of the merchandise that was available. She took her time to suggest ways we could display our charms on our bracelets. The salesperson made sure that she packaged our items and wrapped them with care.

When I first entered, I asked a sales associate where the sign-up sheet was so that I could be helped. My family and I are Pandora customers, so we came in ready to purchase, excited and in happy moods. The sales associate looked me in my face, said nothing, and turned her head. It upset me but determined not to add to the negativity, I went to another, who may have been the manager and she quickly put me on the list. The sales associate who ended up helping us was AWESOME and helped to turn the experience around even though the 1st S.A. kept having rude moments. As a result of the kindness and wit of the S.A. who helped us we ended up purchasing 1 bracelet and 8 charms. I almost left out, but thanks to the quick help from the 2nd S.A./manager(?) to put me on the list, and most importantly, the 3rd S.A.'s patience and kindness helped your company make a solid sale from us.

Even though the store was very packed due to holiday traffic, the staff were very efficient and put my name down for assistance right away. I really enjoyed my conversation with Tonya, the designer. She helped pick out a gift when I didn't see one I liked in the catalogue

There were three in our party and the associate was very patient in helping us. Nathasia informed us of the special promotions and made suggestions to help us find what we were looking for. All three of us ended up making individual purchases. This visit was most pleasant because of her willingness to assist.

while i was not in the store Jennifer was extremely helpful. i was on my way back to NY from the outer banks trying to find your daisy signet mother of pearl ring(which is discontinued). i was making call after call when i found out that the ring was discontinued and my only shot was a Pandora outlet store. luckily a very helpful salesperson from a Pandora outlet store in Virginia told me i could find the ring in size 7 at Potomac mills. i called Potomac Mills....Jennifer found the ring and i asked her is she would guarantee it would be there in a few hours as i would be traveling north....and out of my way for the ring. she explained that yes, but suggested it be shipped(who knew!).....she then asked if she could call me back, took my number and we then played telephone tag(i was driving). i didn't expect the ring until Monday....it came Friday........just what i needed and on sale!!!!!....thank you Jennifer....and everyone at Pandora who had a hand is this!...happy holidays debbie foster
