I stopped into the store just to browse but the sales associate was so helpful and friendly I walked out with a new bracelet and charms. She made me feel so comfortable and really assisted in helping me find the right bracelet and charms. I have not bought a Pandora bracelet for about 5-6 years so she showed me the new styles. I was very please with the customer service.
