The merchandise was great. The prices were very good but the wait was too long. There were only two associates on a holiday in a busy store. Our associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The one associate acted like she had an attitude and didn’t want to take the charms out for us to see. Didn’t ask us what we were looking for or make suggestions on the products. Focused on Mother’s Day and that wasn’t my focus at all
