Awesome customer service, honest and patient and not pushy! The only thing I was disappointed in was the selection of available items on sale and not on sale.

Normally when I come into this store, I am greeted right away and either offered assistance or told that someone would be with me as soon as possible. This time, it was a while before I was acknowledged, and while the associate was extremely helpful, her counterpart stood on front of the case with her back to me the entire time that I was trying to look into the case, blocking my access to the merchandise. She was assisting another customer, but the customer was on the side, therefore there was no need for the associate to stand in front of the case, forcing customers to lean around her to see the selection.

i was highly satisfied with my visit to pandora. i would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice bracelet at an affordable price. the salespeople are also very friendly.

It will help a lot if you offer special discount when certain amount is expent.. Will help a lot to your most valuable customers.
