The girls working there were very busy, store seemed understaffed. Understand it's not their fault, it's the holidays but more help for them to help customers would have made it a "better" experience. But they did the best they could.

The engraving machine did not perform the command properly.I had to add an extra symbol to make it look right. Jennifer and Diana did a great job making sure that I was satisfied. Thank you Jennifer and Diana!

I do feel that maybe the cost of the merchandise is slightly overpriced. Perhaps some of the Disney and pieces with cubic zirconia are overly priced sure to their looks/branding

I was not planning on stopping at this location due to a bad experience before. I decided to give it a last try and I’m glade I did. I have a much better customer service experience then the last time I was at that store .

No quede completamente satisfecho por que fui a la tienda Pandora a comprar un dije de aro redondo pequeño, pero solo había en tamaño más grande, dude pero lo acepte y pague, después de hacer el pago, me entregan la factura con un sello y me informan que el producto no tiene derecho a cambio porque era un articulo en liquidación por tanto es de venta final, al llegar a casa lo probe en la cadena y no me gusto, se veía exagerado y ahora tengo que quedarme con el, por que no puedo cambiarlo y pedir en lineá el pequeño, me hubiera gustado que antes de pagar me hicieran la advertencia así hubiera decidido bajo esa condición si llevarlo o no.
