I waited patiently for 20 minutes to be serviced. Although I walked in the store ahead of 4 other people, the sales representative acted confused although she looked at me waiting in front if her while helping another customer. Then she proceeded to act in a rush when it was my turn. Expected better service as I have always had in the past.

My sales associate was the best! However when I first walked into the store not one person greeted us. The lady that help up was not there we walked in. So this has nothing to do with her. I couldn’t ask for a better sales associate

The store was cramped and felt unsafe moving around.

The person helping out was not really knowledgeable of the products and had a little bit of a hard time finding the product i wanted.

Purchased three charms off the 50% selection. One did not have a price. The sales clerk had to spend over five minutes looking up through and iPad and two catalogs to find the price. There has to be a more efficient way of getting this done.i had the charms picked out in less time than it took to purchase.
