Pandora Jewelry

It took way too long to get into the store. I love Pandora and was ready to buy something, but I had to wait for over 15 minutes to even get inside because of what I assume are the store’s COVID policies. We had to mask up and only a few people could shop at a time. I get wanting to be clean and whatnot, but it’s not like the charms and bracelets and rings that were touched were sanitized between use—and no one was 6 feet apart. Which is totally fine and I don’t care, but it’s pretty inconsistent. My husband and I were in and out of there (with a purchase) within like 10 minutes while there were some people in there for longer than our wait time and shopping time combined!

The line was extremely long which is understandable because of the holidays, however, it would be nice if you guys had employees with tablets outside with POS access so that people who already know what they want can buy right away. I was buying a size 7 wishbone ring and i just wanted to go in and out to buy it. i didnt need to see it or walk around the store to buy it. waited in line for about 45 min

Took sales associate a bit to find what I was looking for

Nothing everything was good only there was a lot of people in line but she was very nice And friendly

I would have preferred more variety in the sale items. In previous years, the Black Friday sale offered a greater variety of sale options and I've been able to make several significant purchases. This year's sale wasn't on as many items as there have been in the past. Very few bracelets were on sale and this year's sale was only on regularly priced merchandise, which was also limiting.

Only rated not likely because I live two and a half hours away and do not plan on revisiting that town until next year. Will pass by when I plan on visiting though.

No reason

Went to a Pandora outlet and was surprised that they didn't have a lot of last year's charms. Also I needed a smaller sized ring but it was not in stock so I purchased the closest size to me and will hopefully exchange in Chicago. I was on vacation in Virginia and collect the regional charms and was surprised they only had one with the state of Virginia and it says lover's. I'd like more options.

i was disappointed because they had recalled the gold trinity pieces that I need to finish my bracelet, which caused me to have to put that project on hold and look for other stuff...:(

Because of an associate prefer someone else while we are in the store and waiting for an associate to help us...
