The girl to helping me is kind of rude she look like she's not happy talk to the customers

I am completely satisfied with the assistance at pandora

The wait to get in the store was too long. And the wait for an assistant from an associate was asking too long.

Because they gave me a free bracelet at the end of my purchase, same one I bought for my daughter so my question is why not tell me just buy the charms and you get a free bracelet? But not at the end they gave me the bracelet doesn’t make sense to me. I could had purchased another charm if I got a free bracelet :)

I was sastified with my visit, I click it by accident and couldn’t go back. But overall it was a great experience.

Williamsburg pandora told us it takes 2 years to get the 2019 graduation charm. When we got there, they told us 1 year. I ended up going to potomac mills mall to get the charm. That is a lot of traveling. Please educate your employees

Selection was not great. Only 2 staff working. No promotions
