The store was small and not enough space to move around. Prices for simple charms were expensive. A charm I bought is uncomfortable and has many rough edges that irritate my wrist.

I was highly satisfied with our experience. My fiancé wanted a pair of earrings to match a necklace I purchased for her. The associated that helped us was very knowledgeable and found answers to what she didn’t know in an efficient and timely manner.

Just i don't like to wait but that's because of covid. The speed of service is amazing

I understand COVID guidelines. However, we waited over 20mins just to be let in while they were over at capacity. If capacity was really the reason why I had to wait to go inside why was I let in at the time I was?

The service was pretty good however, I would've liked a larger selection of charms and accessories for bracelets. I had gotten a charm bracelet for Christmas and went in to look for some charms, I ended up only buying one due to a lack of variety. Most of the charm selection all looked the same and weren't very diverse. It might just be the location I went to but I would've been Highly Satisfied with a larger selection and variety of charms
