Pandora Jewelry

When i arrived the entrance was block and nobody at the entrance to tell me what was going on and nobody inside noticed me. I just thought they closed down for a couple minute to do something so after waiting for a couple minute, i left and shopped around. When i came back the entrance was still blocked but luckily a sale associate noticed me and let me in. The SA took care of me was not as friendly as other location so i did not really have a good time there. She showed me what i wanted to see and everything but she didn't really make me want to spend more money than i shoud. The other SA at other locations at Springfield and tysons mall were extremely nice so maybe i was expecting the same thing. They smiled a lot and very talkative and compassionate.

I was there a couple days before and realize that it’s Covid, my experience when I went in the store was better than when I purchased a bracelet in line.

The line was long and had to wait for a long time. The store is small and it did not have the charm that I was looking for.

The store was a little opening. There were at least 4-5 sales associates in the store but only one (I believe her name was Alexis D.) greeted me when I entered the store, so I waited until she was done helping another customer so that she could help me.

The associate that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable of the products. The associate took her time with me through my Indecisiveness. They cleaned and wiped down before I can in.

Only because a lot of things were sold out

Need a bigger selection but overall this was a good experience salesperson was very nice

I was looking for birthday charms and wasn’t able to find any. My trip was specifically for that, but I did purchase something cute.

I bought 3 items for different people it would of been nice if they would of given me individual bags for each item not just shoved everything in one bag. Thanks
