Please train your new staff so it won’t take much time to purchase. Also if my information ans email in the system why can’t you tell me what I bought previously

I was satisfied, I went to purchase and had to make sure it was something my daughter wanted be there was a no return policy on the item.

I had to wait more than 40 minutes to get into the store. Two sales associates returned and I still had to wait an additional 7 minutes. The staff that was working was great but the wait was entirely too much. My husband almost made me leave.

I walked in the store and only one customer was in there. I had to wait for no apparent reason for immediate service. There seemed to be too much of a delay for service and even locating the items I wanted. Never had this to happen with Pandora before. I was not pleased or impressed with the service.

The Sale rep was very helpful.

The overall service was good and the staff were knowledgeable.about the charms and products.

Their was not wrong with my visit. I enjoy talking with the young that in the front showing us in when it was time to go in. I was highly satisfied I was wait right away and was showed what I wanted and received my purchase. Thank you Pandora!!

This was my first time at Pandora and she didn’t give me a box for my ring just a receipt and I wanted the box lol

Because of COVID-19 I could not spend as much time as I wanted to. I also could not go to the store as often as I wanted. I could not really hear the music and I didn’t really pay attention to the music because I had to enter quickly and exit quickly.
