Katie was helping us she was very helpful

It took about 30 minutes for the sales associate to finish with their customers. Then after done helping customer they skipped over me even though I should have been next and helped someone else.

The customer service was very good and helpful. The sales associate all my questions, overall good experience.

I had to wait awhile, and they did not have a wide variety of charms that I was looking for.

At first the sales person wasn't to friendly. Later on she became very helpful and nice to work with. I was happy she took the time to take care of me and my BFF.

The store didn’t have many devotions for certain dates. Also I ask for different options but was really not given much

i notice that one of the associates were talking about me and when i left to go get my wallet n came back they whisper to each other i'll tell you when she leaves. honestly don't talk about your clients .

The lady with glasses that helped to find the charms was nice and very friendly; the lady at the cashier made it seem like she was annoyed to have us there.
