The sales associate was unable to locate the rose gold collection of charms. There was a storewide hunt of opening drawers and cabinets to find them. After they were located, the associate was not familiar with the charms to locate them within the catalog and needed the assistance of another associate which also was unfamiliar with the selection.

Not everything can be perfect but additionally the trays were dirty where my merchandise was placed. Also the associate made a rude comment to me when I asked for a pouch. I spent a lot of money in store and should have been treated better.

Because I wait a little more time. And the commodities are too rich.

Had to wait for a sales associate for a little while. The wait was too long so I didn't shop too long.

I’m not very familiar about pandora product. I still need more feedbacks from others and the quality of it but still i will go back there for my next purchase.

I would like to see more selection of rose gold rings but it was good first time visit and I purchased something that I liked.

Too long of a wait time for customer assitance.

Although the staff was cordial there was an atmosphere of distrust. They seemed reluctant to assist.

It’s hard to find what you are looking for. Not all Charmes were displayed so it made it hard to find what I want
