Customer service of first representative was bad. Had to ask for a manager to help resolve the problem with my return.

It wasn’t the store’s fault that they had a lot of customers on that day. The less than Highly Satisfied rating is only because there weren’t more staff members to attend to the customers.

Lack of available staff. Wait too long!

They didn't have my size in a ring that I like. I was looking for a necklace and I didn't like the ones in store. After I left I realized if I spend 20 dollars more I will get another chance for a promotion and the girl didn't tell me about it and that's why I'm not highly satisfied.

I was highly satisfied

I was very satisfied with the service but not with the after change on ,y credit card. My bill came to $97.50 my credit card was charged $160.00. I am not a happy shopper.

Workers were okay, but could have been more attentive/friendlier.

One of the rings I was looking for was not available, but I understand its an old ring. Other than that I had a great experience at the Potomac Mills store.
