just seemed like there wasnt enough employs working there I had to wait quite a bit to be waited on

I think there room for improvement

I was told it was a 25 minute wait and wound up being 75 minutes. There were only two associates for this store during a Hugh sale.

This Pandora is at an outlet mall and I expected lower prices on charms. The prices were the same as any Pandora. I bought two charms that were $65 each (though the sign by one of the charms read $60).

Because the Outlet store doesn't have the products I had been seeing online. I understand the store have the products once they come out but I think the outlet should too. The prices are the same it isn't like because it's an outlet things are cheaper.

First, the store was supposed to open at 10. They did not open until about 5 minutes later and that was because another customer was looking through the gate/window. The girl who helped me, Ainsley, was cold and did not seem to want to help. She did not fix her attitude and become slightly more friendly until after I asked her if she was having a bad day. Most certainly do not want to work with her if I return.

There was a little wait time and the store was little small as I had a buggy with a baby

The attendance was amazing but she mistook boxes and gave me an empty one. I realized once I got home. I live an hour away from that mall and they say they will ship me today (04/09).

Because the sales rep was not friendly. She was serious. It was my first time at a Pandora store and I hope all of them are not like this. Also I asked for something for a Christian event and only have 2 charms. My selection was limited too an angel and a angel wing. Not so satisfied for that.

Jennifer was very helpful with my return and recommended other charms. She provided excellent customer service.
