The store was a bit crowded with signs. Otherwise, not sure there was any other issues. Would like to see more of a sale in January.

Not enough sales help and very difficult to see merchandise with ease

As soon as I walked in it was over crowded and seemed out of control. I waited and hour and a half. They had nothing I was looking for at first but it was in the store manual.

The wait was quite long since there were only 2 staff members and it was during the height of the holiday season. More staff would've helped improve the experience for sure.

Limited charms in the buy 2 get 1 free selection.

Holiday season so store was crowded. Never experienced having to put name on a wait list but I guess that helps to keep things in order.

it was after Black Friday so I assume the sales associate was tired however she didn't offer any guidance on selecting charms and she seemed only interested in ringing me up. I didn't feel welcome.

There was a waitlist in the store. I had to stand in line. I felt like i was rushed to shop there.

It was a Sunday and there were 2 associates in the store. It's just hard to help everyone but with only 2 people it's really hard to.

Staff was Knowledgeable, store was clean and lots of merchandise.
