Pandora Jewelry

Since it is an outlet branch, it did not have any of the charms that I wanted to get. It didn't have much of the charms from the catalog.

Get tired of all the tray switching. Need more display space. Pandora clearance prices are more like sale prices for the most part.

I did not receive my receipt from my purchase at the Potomac Mills location to irisl_jones@att.net. Also I placed another order online yesterday it would have been nice to receive a percentage off of the purchase at that time.

The associate was a little bothered about our questions and very short with our questions I would recommend customer service training for her. I felt like she thought I could not afford my purchase. She need to work on her presentation to the customers

Waiting in line outside the store is now ridiculous. However, the ease of checking out is great.

This is the 1st time I haven’t felt welcomed nor satisfied at this location. I don’t know if I was me being too indecisive or challenging or Taylor wasn’t in the mood to deal with customers or me. It left a bad taste in my mouth, sort to speak. I will do my best not to come to this location if possible.

The sales associate was not friendly, she seemed annoyed by my questions about the merchandise.

I became a Pandora Cardholder last year for the birthday reward and benefits. I asked the sales associate for the birthday reward when checking out and she said there was nothing she could do for me. She told me to call pandora customer service. Both the sales associate were not helpful when i was trying to pick out what jewelry would best match a set.

Found most of the jewelry to be over priced. I can find equal to better quality jewelry at other stores including Disney jewelry.
