The wait time for a sales person is always way too long.

The staff was not aware of order of customers arriving. Most were younger and not very well informed about the product. It took awhile to get my merchandise and pay. Was really not happy with the selection.

she was rude with me and seemed not to know much. i was looking for a charm and online it said it was in stock instead of looking she just said they didn’t have it.

The organization is terrifiying inside the store. The place is to small. The merchandice is not un a rally good place unconftrouble and in peoples way

With the sales going on 2 sales assistance were not enough waited over 20 min to be served left had to come back to wait again another 10 min to be helped

The sales clerk , took to long to locate merchandise and to provide prices.

Way too many people there at once. Not enough salespeople available.
