One of the main reasons as to why im not satisfied is because of the amount of time I had to wait to be asked if I needed help. Everything is locked up, so obviously I needed help. I do not blame the associates, their were customers coming in and out. But I do blame management due to the fact that they only scheduled two employees to work the week of MOTHERS DAY. Nothing special about the associates, I was expecting a better experience.

Love Pandora. Usually the service is great but this time it wasn’t great, the customer service wasn’t engaging or friendly. She wasn’t rude, just didn’t care.

When I walked in, no one spoke or even acknowledged my presence. Everyone was with a customer, but no one even said, I'll be right with you, not a word.

1. There was a problem during check out. After the card was swiped, the system error occurred , I have to wait for another 15-20 min before the sale associate can complete the payment again. 2. I bought a bangle, I the sale associate didn't even give me a box for my bangle, she only gave me pouch. I brought bracelets and bangles from pandora many times, they always come with a regular white square gift box. But not this time.

Even with it being the holiday season, I feel the associates should at least seem happy. That was really the only thing that was not satisfactory.

so my boyfriend purchased me rings and earrings but we are no longer together and I went in to try and either get them exchanged or clean and the associate said that she didn’t feel like doing a return right now. I had to wait 15 minutes till someone else came in.

I didn't like the rude way I was served by a girl who spoke Spanish and I said to myself in a rude way here I don't speak Spanish but when she saw that I bought more than $500 dollars in merchandise she wanted to be nice to me and that didn't seem to me why it shouldn't be Racist I can speak English I only approved it Let's see how they are with people who didn't speak English well that's why it bothers me from there everything else is fine Thank you

People should be be required to wear a mask, the space is so small. Also one of my charms got lost while kissed she was adding one to my bracelet!!!

I can in purchasing a gift from someone for myself. I had a style in mind & the associate quickly showed me similar options. Upon learning there was Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal, I decided to use after pays in-store card. I went through after pays app, made my initial payment then used the after pay card for payment. It declined though after pay already charged me. The associated had no solution and the money was already removed from my card. I ended up leaving with one ring, disappointed and had to return within 2-3 hours due to the ring being sized incorrectly. I was sized by an associate. Overall unhappy with the process of purchase but content with the ring I got. I do think the quality of the ring could’ve been better based on the return/exchange policy. It’s hard to keep a ring “like new” when you receive it partially used..
