I wanted a charm that wasn’t available at the store. I asked if they could order it, they said yes. BUT the terrible part is that I had to do it with my phone which had no signal. I was not able to process the order I had to leave.

Manager is very rude and mean. She just ready to fight like a dog and wasnt helpful at all! Never wanna see her!

Sales associate Erica was rude and not knowledgeable of the products. Erica needs customer service training. I spoke with the manager about her.

My charm would not actually fit on my bracelet and the tender did not do a good hon cleaning my bracelet I also did not have a large selection to choose from and did not think it warranted us standing outside the whole time only to be invited into the store once I was ready to pay.

The sales person asked what I was looking for and brought two trays out I came to the store to buy earrings and other specials I felt rushed and the Didn’t get the chance to go inside to see other things wich limited the chance to buy something else

I waited at the showcase waiting for an associate to even ask if I needed assistance. There were 4 associates in the store. Two were helping customers. One was in the back I believe the manager and one standing at the check out area daydreaming or something. The manager came out a asked if I needed help and that's when the associate came back to Pandora. She had little knowledge of looking up the code to ring up my purchase. Once again the manager had to assist her with that. One of the worse Pandora experiences I have had.

I wanted a pink flower charm, so Keeling pointed out a picture of the magnolia charm with the dangle on it to me. I wanted to purchase it but there was only one left, and it was on hold for an employee. She asked another associate, Bet, if she could sell it and was told no. I think it is poor business practice to offer a paying customer an item and then refuse to sell it to them so an employee can purchase it instead >:(

I felt completely rushed and not satisfied. I went to purchase my daughters first pandora bracelet and charm for her 18th birthday. I was not allowed in the store, not permitted to handle to merchandise and not given many options. They came out brought me 2 bins to choose from and had no patience with me at all. As much as one spends at pandora I would expect much better customer experience. I will not return to this location and possibly will not continue to purchase Pandora going forward if this is how customers are treated.

the sales girls were great. the line could be spread out some due to covid but I got a ring and less then 24 hours my diamond fell out and I only wore the ring for a couple hours. very unhappy.

I spent over three hundred dollars,when I made to the house -I was missing a ring -contacted the manager and she insisted that the ring was not in the store-she got my contact info and she hasn’t returned my calls/messages. Very dissatisfied
