Too much time waiting to get what I purchased. The sales associate kept going back and forth. To find the merchandise, to check me out. 30min wait. Store was empty.

The customer service was Terrible. No friendliness

The sales associate made me feel like I was going to steal something and run out of the store with it. Didn’t feel comfortable shopping in this store. I’ve visited this store before and never had that feeling before. I will definitely visit another store in the future.

The reason I am not happy with Pandora is because during the sale I bought 4 charms and they got lost. I just find out so idiotic on how that could have happened. On top of that, two of the charms got discontinued so I couldn't even repurchase them. It was my first and last time ordering Pandora charms online.

3 of the sales associates at this store were quite rude and they made me and my friend feel as if we did not have enough money to buy anything. As she was taking the charms out of the glass display, she dropped them multiple times and seemed as if she was annoyed with us. I even apologized and thanked her for the service. And she just replied with, “yeah, ok”

I came in to purchase a specific charm but unfortunately they didn’t have it so I decided to look at a small catalog available in store and chose one from it. I found out that the price of that charm was cheaper on the catalog than when I was rung up. I asked the associate about it and she just shrug her shoulders and told me that the price increased. I told her that this should be honored since you clearly have a lot of catalogs for people to browse at and prices on this should be honored or priced matched due to false advertisement but she wasn’t listening nor was she interested in listening.

The stores system for signing in to speak to a sales associate isn't very good. People kept adding their names into gaps before mine. I spent over an hour in the store waiting to collect my rings

SALES ASSOCIATE WAS RUDE AND ACTED AS IF SHE DIDN'T WANT TO ASSIST ME TEMPORARY LOCATION AND MERCHANDISE WAS NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE NOT ENOUGH SALES ASSOCIATES TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS

Waited more than 10 min to get assistant eventually had to ask for assistance nothing was said to me about my bracelet and charms being cleaned for me at the store while othet customers were told how to clean and if they cant do it themselves they can come to the store and theyll do it for them

The sales associates was not friendly. She looks as if she did not want to help us and treated us like we were going to steal items.
