I was purchasing a gift and sales associate did not explain how bracelet works or how to enhance the beauty of the bracelet by getting clips and spacers. I did not feel very satisfied when I left the store.

I wasn't very satisfied with this specific location because I went in wanting to shop for the new Pandora Rose collection which this location did not have.

I understand sale representatives are busy, but no sign for a waiting line or list is adviced. I went directly to see the charms on display and asked about them, great selection by the way, but I was turned down as though I was doing something wrong, it is until that moment I realized there was a line, I was embarrassed as I was not ill willed in my first approach.

The associate was nice but rude at the same time. The associate waited on us but seemed uninterested The associate didn't show us many options, nor did she inquire what exactly we were looking (i.e. price range, etc)

My experiences at any pandora has always been pleasant, however sales associate Tanesha attitude was not friendly at all she had no problem talking to her coworker but when it came to helping me her attitude changed,I would of purchased more items however she just act like she could not show me any pieces her answers were very short I started to leave without making any purchase but she ended up asking me would I like to see something else I just feel like my overall experience was not great at all if I visit this store again she would not be helping me at all I hope Someone is reviewing this survey cause she need to have better customer service, I am a customer service auditor and if she was being graded she would have failed. I hope pandora makes improvements on customer service.

I just wanted to get a charm with US logo, the lady didn't give me any suggestion, when I kindly ask her if she could help me to put it on my bracelet with others, she was too lazy to do it, it was my first time to get such cold face in the store! Before they were all pleasant to me.

I gave the associate my Bday coupon She lied , Because I asked her if she applied the coupon and she said yes and she didn’t.. Question Why didn’t apply it when I made the payment??? She did not give me a receipt , I received an email and I see the price ( Full Price ) I spent gas 2 times because she didn’t do her job..The manager did not offer me any discount on any purchase … They don’t care about making the costumer feel god …. Bad costumer service

I purchased my item online and your website showed that there was 2 of the item I wanted in stock at the Potomac mills so I purchased one and never received a confirmation email. Well my fault for driving the hour to the store anyways and I get there and realize why I never got a confirmation email from the store, they said they have no record of my purchase at all, even though I'm showing them my email I received from pandora with a order number. The associate was willing to work with me and told me unfortunately that I would have to pay for the product again if I wanted it, so I agreed but then she couldn't find the ear rings. I had to find them. So I purchased them AGAIN.

I am very displeased with my visit at Pandora at this location. The availability of Associates was horrendous, they were catering to multiple shoppers. Which I do not mind, it was busy, but it was very confusing on who was actually helping me and who wasn't helping me. When I first came in I already felt dismissed as a customer, and how they were helping me was not helpful at all. I came in for one thing, and one thing only and I did get what I wanted. But when we were wrapping up the transaction they told me I could not use multiple 10 off 100 survey codes. However I was able to use multiple at different locations. My overall experience at this location was horrible, I am never coming back to that location ever again. When we were finishing up our transaction on top of that, not only did I felt pressured to finish my purchase, I did not feel as though I was welcomed back to shop at the location. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Williamsburg has better service and much more friendly. I just had high expectations and those expectations were immediately met with disappointment.
