Sales associate were rude, as soon as I walked in the store they started staring at me and laughing, keep talking to each other like on my face

Cuando entre a la tienda no habian clientes, asi que las representantes de ventas estaban muy comodas conversando, y ninguna se tomo la molestia de atendernos. Le pregunte a una senorita si tenian ofertas, pero como estaba molesta de atenderme groseramente me dijo que No. Compro siempre en Pandora y la mercancia ha bajado su calidad, y no quieren repararla he perdido un brasalet y ahora un anillo, porque no quieren cambiarmelo la respuesta es que ya no lo hacen, cuando lo compre mi dinero valia tanto como ahora . esto es molesto.

Well my sister and I were shopping for our mother birthday present , the sale associate was not friendly nor wanting to attend to us. We knew what we wanted to purchase but she seem to take her time to make the sale finalized . We didn’t make a fuss, just want to buy the set and go. It’s not okay to treat your customers that way especially when they are not being rude . Thank you

Sale representative was not friendly or shown any interest to show the items. The notice outside store says 8 people, only 4 people were in store including employees but did not bother to let customers in for about 15mins. They just looked at me standing outside store and thats it.

Management and staff were very rude and not welcoming at all . Stood there for 10 minutes while they ignored us and then when they assisted us after we asked they were very rude during the entire visit .

I was overcharged for the wrong items. I was giving the wrong items . My stuff was damaged.
