The associate I worked with was very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to work with. The store has plenty of merchandise available to choose from. My bracelet was extremely tarnished and my associate was able to bring it back to life for me. I was so pleased with my experience I will definitely return.

When I first arrived the store was at full capacity, however the sales associate immediately greeted me and let me know someone would be with me in a moment. After entering the store the sales associate asked what brought me in today and I explained that I needed to exchange a Christmas gift. She led me to the charms that were on sale and more that she thought I would like. After reviewing the charms I happened to glance at the rings that the associate also explained we’re on sale. She asked me my ring size but I did not know it so she took a guess and let me try one on to make sure, she guessed right! I ended up exchanging a charm and purchasing a ring as well!
