The staff was very friendly, as usual. The store was clean and the merchandise was presented well. The salesperson held merchandise for me while I waited for my daughter to arrive so that I could be sure that the bracelet would fit her. I wish the store was in a larger location though.

My main reason for being highly satisfied was the employee who assisted me. She was very personable, patient and had great recommendations. She also assisted me in finding a charm that was within my budget.

My sales associate, Tonya, was AWESOME! She made the experience fun. We talked as if ever known each other forever. There were so many choices and she helped us choose the perfect bracelet and charms. I drive almost an hour away for that store because they have the best customer service.
