Black Friday weekend was very busy in lots of store. Potomac Mills is and always have been my go to store. They help you in and out quickly or make sure not rush you and help find what you are looking for. I love the customer service here in this store.

I enjoyed the fact that I could shop online and pick the exact items that I wanted and get them before they sold out. I picked up my order because I used gift cards. I’m thankful that I made that choice because the bracelet was too big and I was able to exchange it without any issues. My experience was the best.
