This was my first time at Pandora. I wanted a gift for my cousin but needed directions and advise. I went during a busy time. However Jennifer the assistant manager treated me with kindness and patience answered all my questions concerns. I felt as though I had made an appointment she is a true professional. I just can’t say enough about my wonderful experience there. I came for one item and left out with two bags one for my cousin and one for myself. Yes I am now a first time owner of a Pandora bracelet. Thank you!

Customer service was amazing, the place was really neat. That person that helped us was really nice and was there with us the whole time, make sure we got to see what we wanted to see; and was with us until we made the purchase.
