Love this outlet store. The manager and staff are the best. Just wish they had a bigger store so they could showcase more merchandise. The current store is just too small. The make the best out of an inadequate location but could be so much more successful if they had a bigger store.

Sales person was knowledgeable and very nice. Great selection of products. They offered a discount for federal employees. Would definitely be returning in the near future.

As this was my first time shopping at Pandora, Carla S was extremely knowledgeable. She was very patient in answering my questions and letting me try on the different bracelets. Her pleasant attitude and demeanor is why I will return soon to purchase additional items.

This was my first time in Pandora. It was nice. My friend brought me my first charm for my birthday.

I walked in the store and was quickly noticed and helped , all of the workers were doing everything possible to help us and to also satisfy me and my friend we left the store extremely happy with our bracelets and cannot wait to go back to shop for charms !

The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The customer service at this store is out of this world and the staff really knows what they’re doing!
