I purchase a bracelets for my MIL for her birthday . I purchased it online and accidentally bought a very small bracelet . I contacted the store in Woodbridge VA inside the Potomac Mills Mall and was assisted over the phone by Tonya , I think that was her name . She was AMAZING. She was able to find the bracelet in the correct size for my MIL and exchanged it with ease . I’m BEYOND SATISFIED with the service that was provided to me .

I have never shopped at Pandora before. The associate greeted me and starting helping me immediately. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and their inventory and she was very nice. I really enjoyed my experience there and I'm sure my wife will enjoy the gift that I purchased. Oh yeah, and the associate wrapped it up real nice in the Pandora bag!
