Person who assisted was very patient. She answered all the questions I had for her. I was in and out of the store, very satisfied.

Jennifer and Keyling was very helpful and arrangement of my ring and charms were awesome.

I came in with a problem, a charm I got in February had lost its color and this has never happened to me , they offered to replace it for me and call me when it’s in. That action made me want to shop and give my business.

The sales associate Keyling was very nice. I had a issue with merchandise that I received from another Pandora store and She helped me. The other associate at the location in GA informed me of some wrong store policies and I almost count return a item that didn’t fit. Keyling Went above and beyond to assist me with my problem and to correct the mis information I received from another associate. She was patient and understanding. She knew the proudest and gave me great recommendation on the charms I should chose to represent my son. I really appreciate her. She definitely deserve kudos. Highly satisfied with service I received from her.
